My name is Louise Jones and I am the owner of Lu Lu’s Balloons. My passion for balloon art began in 2019 and I launched the business in 2020. Lu Lu’s has gone from strength to strength, I have a range of products to suit all budgets and accommodate both private and corporate bookings.
